The cows are rotated every day through fresh pasture, which helps us control the impact on a paddock, helping forage to thrive and roots systems to stay healthy and strong.
Healthy cows = healthy beef
Our herd is comprised of Pinzgauer, Highland, Dexter, and Lowline and are grass fed and grass finished.
During the winter months, they are fed hay out on pasture, which also helps seeds in the hay to grow in the pasture come spring.
